1. Services & Consultations
ALPHA provides custom home automation design, system integration, and consulting services. All consultation requests made through the Site or App are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service, schedule changes, or cancel appointments at our discretion.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, design concepts, interfaces, graphics, code, and systems featured on the Site and App, as well as the proprietary integration methodologies used in our projects, are the intellectual property of ALPHA - path to smart living. 3. User Accounts & App Usage
If you create an account in the ALPHA Living App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Hardware & Software Integrations
ALPHA integrates third-party smart home devices and software (e.g., lighting controls, HVAC, audio-visual systems). While we strive for seamless interoperability, we are not responsible for software updates, hardware failures, or service disruptions caused by the respective manufacturers of those devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALPHA - path to smart living, its directors, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or system downtime resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
